This combination of clinical training, spiritual depth, and leadership experience informs how I teach and how I hold space.
I honour each woman’s pace, sovereignty, and unfolding.
I came to Intentional Creativity as a way to heal, to integrate experience. A way to find my inner voice.
Not only to make art, but to listen within.
To give shape and colour to what had never been spoken.
To sit with what was present, without trying to fix it.
Over time, this practice became a lifeline.
For me, it has been a way to alchemise suffering into understanding. To let pain move, rather than remain trapped in the body. To give voice to what was once silent, and to reclaim the deeper knowing of who I am beneath survival.
This work is now my calling.
Intentional Creativity is a gentle, embodied process of self-witnessing. Through colour, symbol, and story, we meet ourselves honestly and allow what has been held inside to move, soften, and integrate.
At Soul Connected Living, I hold grounded, compassionate space for this remembering. I'm not here to teach you how to create perfect art. I'm here to support you to feel safe enough to express what is true for you - in your own time, and in your own way.
I have come to the knowing that life carries meaning, even in its most difficult seasons.
Life happens for us, not to us.
Intentional Creativity is the sacred space that holds us while we listen for that meaning.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
